My main focus in professional photography is on-location photography, which includes portraits, event photography, corporate events, and weddings.
For any other service not listed below, please contact me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
When I’m done going through the photos from an event or session to weed out any bad ones, I will usually just give you a CD with all the pictures, and let you decide where, when, and how to print your pictures.
Weddings
I have more recently started doing weddings in addition to portrait and event photography (Since weddings are a whole other category than “events”). I was reluctant at first because of the amount of pressure that goes into it (since weddings are kind of a big deal, and they only happen that one time), but I’ve now done a couple and realized that I can actually do them, and that they’ve turned out well.
For the time being, I am charging $800 for my services, which includes a second shooter for the ceremony and reception (if I can get one), for whatever you want me to photograph, including the rehearsal, wedding, reception, and everything in between. I usually will take about 2,000 pictures over the course of the day and end up with around 700 pictures that I think made the “cut.” If $800 is too much for you, I can work with you on the price, because I’d rather have the business (and I enjoy doing weddings too)
When all is said and done, I will go through all the pictures, pick out my favorites and get rid of the unusable ones (there’s always a few), and then give you two disks (or however many it takes). The first disk is the ones I liked the most and thought were good pictures, and the other disk will be the rest of the pictures, so that you have those to decide whether you like them or not.
I leave the printing up to you, and in case you have any trouble with getting them printed, I’ll give you a form signed by me giving you permission to print them (Walmart has been known to ask for proof of permission on professionally done pictures, which I can definitely appreciate). I recommend Costco for both price and quality reasons. They have good prices on their small prints, which are very good quality, and I use them for most of my printing.
Portraits
Portrait photography is just what it sounds like, except where most photographers have a studio set up, I don’t. (poor college kid) So I usually do my portraits outside and just bring my equipment. I’m usually open to wherever you would like the pictures taken (inside or outside), and have a few favorite places of my own in case you don’t know where you want them taken.
There is a base price of $100, which includes an hour and a half of photography. Past that, I charge $25 per hour.
